Política de Privacidade

📝 Draft. Brazil's LGPD, the EU's GDPR and other regimes each add specific duties (legal basis, DPO, breach notice, transfer rules). Have this reviewed for the markets you actually operate in.

What we collect

Account data (name, email, phone, password hash, language, country); identity documents when you register as a professional; addresses and, if you allow it, approximate location; booking, payment and payout records; chat messages; reviews; device and access logs.

Why we use it

To run the marketplace: match you with the right counterpart, take and release payments, keep a record of what was agreed, prevent fraud and abuse, answer support requests and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal data.

What the other side sees

Before a booking is paid, the other side sees your first name, your photo, your ratings and the approximate area — not your full address, phone or email. After payment, the professional receives the exact address and the contact details needed to carry out the job.

Chat

Messages are stored so that a dispute can be settled. Phone numbers and emails may be masked automatically until a booking is paid; the original text is kept for moderation and is read only when a report or dispute requires it.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while the account exists. Financial records are kept for the period tax law requires. When you close your account, identifying data is erased or anonymised and only the records the law requires us to keep remain.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw consent for marketing, and object to processing. Use the profile page or contact support. We answer within the legal deadline.

Security

Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit, access to production data is restricted, and every administrative action is logged. No system is perfect — report anything that looks wrong and we will investigate.
